Gourmet Cake/Cupcake Flavors

  • Raspberry Almond– almond cake layers with a raspberry preserve filling and iced with almond buttercream.
  • Raspberry Lemon– Lemon cake layers with a raspberry preserve filling. Iced in a vanilla buttercream.
  • Lemon Curd– Lemon cake layers with a lemon curd filling. Iced in lemon buttercream.
  • Coconut Cream– coconut cake layers with a coconut cream filling and iced in a coconut buttercream and covered in coconut flakes.

Cakes

  • Custom cakes are priced according to design. 3-Dimensional cakes are a minimum of $100. Extra toppers such as special ordered pieces or handmade pieces cost extra. Items needed for cake will be priced accordingly during the initial cake quote process.
  • Below are the starting prices for cakes. Pricing can go up according to design and supplies required to create your custom cake. All cakes are 3 layers inside unless requesting an extra tall cake which will be priced accordingly.

  • Mini chocolate chip or sugar cookie sandwiches. May include sprinkles or nuts  $2each. Minimum 12.
  • Dipped Cookie Tray–  $48/includes 16 cookies. Includes,  – 4 chocolate chip half dipped with dark chocolate and chocolate chips and drizzle,  -4 peanut butter cookies half dipped in dark chocolate with peanut butter drizzle and peanuts, -4 sugar cookies half dipped in white chocolate with dark chocolate drizzle, -4 oatmeal raisin cookies half dipped in white chocolate, raisins and chocolate drizzle.
  • Cake pops-  $36/dozen.      This includes basic chocolate dip and sprinkles or nuts. Special pieces made from fondant or modeling chocolate cost extra and the price depends on design.
  • Oreo Truffles- $36/dozen     Oreo fillings dipped in white chocolate and drizzled in dark chocolate.
  • Carrot Cake Truffles  $36/dozen    -carrot cake fillings dipped in white chocolate and topped with walnuts.
  • Chocolate Cake Truffles  $36/dozen    – chocolate cake fillings dipped in dark chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate.
  • Red Velvet Cake Truffles $36/dozen    – red velvet cake filings dipped in white chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate and red velvet crumbs.

Decorated Cookies

     – All cookies are buttercream iced only. No royal icing.

      –All shaped cookie designs start at       $45/ dozen.

      – More tedious designs will cost extra according to design and difficulty.

     –  Edible imaging is available for cookies    $15 extra per dozen. (One Example: business logos)

Wedding Cakes

  • Wedding cake prices start at $5 per serving for buttercream base. $8 per serving for fondant base.
  • Wedding cake prices vary by design. Some designs or cake flavors are not suitable for outside warm weather weddings.
  • Wedding Cake Delivery. We reserve delivery strictly for weddings only. Delivery is an option and does cost extra. Minimum of $25 fee, plus 55 cents per mile to and from your venue from Sweet Batter Bakery address. Set up fee is an extra $20 per hour.
  • Sweet Batter Bakery does not rent out equipment. Feel free to ask for recommendations of places that do.

Cake tasting boxes are available to order. We do not do a sit-down cake tasting. We offer boxes to enjoy at your own leisure. Slices in tasting box are cut to see the layers inside your slice of cake. This will help you see what your slices will look like on your special day.

Options for boxes are:

    -4 flavor cake box. 16 total slices of cake.     $80

         Choose 4 flavor combinations of cake to taste and get 4 slices each of those flavors in the box. You may also request small sample containers of extra fillings or icings to taste for extra cost.

     –4 flavor cake box. 4 total cake slices.       $25

         Choose 4 flavor combinations of cake to taste and get 1 slice each of those flavors in the box. You may also request small sample containers of extra fillings or icings to taste for extra cost.

                   –4-inch 3-layer cake     $50. Pick one cake flavor combination and have a small 4 inch made to taste. This can include 1 flavor of cake, 1 special filling, and one icing.
